How the Burundi ranking works
blocks.pw runs one ELO rating per player, sorted into national tables. Win a ranked duel and your rating rises — more if the opponent was stronger; lose and it falls. The Burundi table simply ranks everyone competing from Burundi, so it always answers the only question that matters locally: who, right now, is the fastest in the country.
