How to play Aim 30

  1. Start the run — targets appear one at a time at random positions.
  2. Hit each as fast as you can; the next spawns instantly.
  3. 30 targets total, clock running throughout.
  4. Total time posts to the world leaderboard.

Rules and scoring

Thirty targets is five Hunt rounds back to back — enough distance that luck evaporates and your true acquire-flick-hit loop shows. Misses don't end the run; they just donate milliseconds you'll want back at the finish line.

Per-target maths makes goals concrete: 800 ms a target is a 24-second run; the leaderboard's sharp end lives near 500 ms a target. Every 50 ms you shave per target is 1.5 seconds off your total.

Strategy: how to win at Aim 30

  • Accuracy first, speed second: a 5% miss rate costs more than tapping 5% slower.
  • Keep your eyes hunting the next spawn while your hand finishes the current target.
  • Find a tempo and hold it — 30 targets reward rhythm over hero flicks.
  • On desktop, moderate sensitivity: overshoot is the aim-trainer tax nobody budgets for.

Where Aim 30 fits

Solo scores post to the world leaderboard and your country leaderboard, so a good run means something. When you want a human opponent instead of a clock, the quick match duels pull from the same skills.

Frequently asked questions

Is Aim 30 a real aim trainer?

It trains the core loop — target acquisition, flick, confirm — with a leaderboard for pressure. For duel-length aim, Hunt is the 6-target head-to-head version.

What's a good Aim 30 time?

Under 24 s (800 ms/target) is solid, under 18 s (600 ms/target) is sharp, and the world board pushes toward 15 s.

Does Aim 30 help in shooters?

The acquisition-and-flick loop transfers to any point-and-click aim. It won't teach game sense — nothing 30 seconds long will.
